Pre-Sales Questions

All shipments are sent out via Canada Post or DHL.

We are no longer responsible for goods once they have been shipped. We will do our best to help in a situation where there is a problem with shipping but cannot guarantee anything. In the event there are duty fee's we will not be responsible to cover these costs.

After placing an order with us you will receive an email confirmation that the order was received.

Once your order is fulfilled and it is time to ship you will receive another notification / email including tracking information.

You will be contacted once your order is packaged and ready to go to arrange a date and time for the meetup.

Local Pickup is done outside of kipling station at the tim hortons/wendys Plaza. Address is: 5250 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON M9B 1A9

Please start by reviewing the product page of what you've purchased. While some of our products may be returnable, others may not be. Once you've determined this or, if unable to find the information please contact us.
If for any reason you're looking to cancel your order please contact us right away either via the contact form or the live chat / any social media platform we are on. To help speed up the process please also provide your order information such as Order Number, first and last name, etc. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled

Group buys are final sale due to the minimum order requirements. Please contact us should you have any questions.
Our orders are shipped ona daily basis. Orders placed by 12 AM typically ship out the same day. Less time in our hands to get the goods in yours faster. If you get a shipping notification but do not see any updates on the tracking please give it a day as the postal run may have been delayed. *Lead times may vary for non-standard stock products. Please refer to the individual product page for special information.

The default currency we use is $USD.
All orders (if selected) will come with tracking information that should've been emailed to you when the package originally shipped. If your package is still "in transit" or "out for delivery" unfortunately there is nothing in my power that can be done to speed this up or gain further information on where it is.
Depending on when your package was processed and shipped (you received shipping confirmation) there may be a day until it gets to the post office. The post office drop does not normally operate on weekends so you will only see new movement on your package on the weekdays.
