Pre-Sales Questions
All shipments are sent out via Canada Post or DHL.
We are no longer responsible for goods once they have been shipped. We will do our best to help in a situation where there is a problem with shipping but cannot guarantee anything. In the event there are duty fee's we will not be responsible to cover these costs.After placing an order with us you will receive an email confirmation that the order was received.
Once your order is fulfilled and it is time to ship you will receive another notification / email including tracking information.
Local Pickup is done outside of kipling station at the tim hortons/wendys Plaza. Address is: 5250 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON M9B 1A9
