It is now 4 months since my order and yet no sign of this scam sending me my product. So quick to grab your money and run away. I sure hope this POS gets hit by karma. If you purchase from this company get ready to be scammed as they withdrawal the money for the purchase the instant you place an order. I repeat I purchased this mousepad last year on December the 10th and it is now March the 25th with no sign of it coming and I have tried sending multiple emails already. I just do not understand how youtubers could recommend a scam like this.

Placed an order in mid november, its now february and after at least 5 emails and messages sent by me, i have recieved no update or response at all. Absolutely terrible

I placed my order back in December the 10th and still have no word as to when deskmat will be shipped. I have send about 3 emails now and no response to any from the company. Do not buy tbh this website really feels like a scam now. Also they will charge you the order immediately at checkout. So quick to take your money to run away with it.

Ordered deskpad Nov 30th - after about 6 pieces of correspondence still have not had any response or any product. They just have my money - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am still waiting

Ordered over a month ago. Shipping label created but never sent. Contacted Aura a few weeks ago and they said it would be shipping the next day and it still hasn't shipped.
